All new companies are required to be formed with the appropriate Memorandum of Incorporation.\n\nThe Memorandum of Incorporation – Short Standard Form for Private Companies comprises Form CoR 15.1A, issued in terms of section 13 of the Companies Act 2008. The MOI may be used with the incorporation of a private company.
