How do I receive my documents once I have paid for them?

An estate agent who has been authorised by a seller to sell a property may use this template Sub-Agency Agreement to authorise another agent to introduce prospective buyers to the property. This agency agreement is reciprocal, whereby both estate agents may introduce prospective buyers to properties being sold by the other agent, for an agreed commission.
