By accessing or using agreementsonline.co.za you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. What we sell

Agreements Online sells digital legal document templates drafted for South African law. Templates are supplied in Microsoft Word and PDF format and are delivered electronically.

3. Not legal advice

Our templates are general documents intended as a starting point. They do not constitute legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is created by your purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that a completed document suits your circumstances. For unusual or high-value matters we recommend that a qualified attorney reviews your completed document.

4. Licence to use

When you buy a template you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt it for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish our templates, in original or modified form, whether for payment or free of charge.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription products provide access to a defined set of templates for twelve months from the date of purchase, including templates updated or added during that period. Subscriptions are sold as a single annual purchase and do not renew automatically.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

7. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 48 hour money-back guarantee, as set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including templates, text, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to Agreements Online and is protected by South African and international copyright law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agreements Online is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our templates or this website. Our total liability in respect of any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend access for maintenance without notice.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
