What format are the templates in?

Every template is supplied as a Microsoft Word document so you can edit it, plus a PDF copy for reference.

How do I receive my template?

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed you will see a download link on screen and receive the same link by email. Nothing is posted and there is no waiting period.

Are the templates written for South African law?

Yes. Every template is drafted for South African law and is reviewed and updated as legislation changes.

Can I reuse a template more than once?

Yes. Once purchased, a template is yours to use as often as you need within your own business.

Do I need a lawyer to use these?

Most customers complete their template on their own. If your situation is unusual or high value, we recommend having your completed document reviewed by an attorney.

What is a subscription?

A subscription gives you access to a full set of templates for twelve months, including any templates that are updated or newly added during that period. It is a single annual payment, not a recurring billing plan.
