How do I receive my documents once I have paid for them?

Summary A Software Support Agreement records an agreement where a tech company supports and maintains software licenced to a customer.

Why do I need a Software Support Agreement? A business that offers software support and maintenance services for specified software that has been licensed to the customer may use this agreement. The support and maintenance contract provides for the delivery of IT support (which may be limited to a specific number of hours per month) in return for a monthly fee. The monthly Software Support Contract sets out the terms of the relationship, including response times and the payment of monthly software maintenance fees. This document may be used in conjunction with our Software Licence Agreement.
