TERMS OF USE OF A COURTESY CAR
Summary Many organisations lend their vehicles out from time to time on a courtesy basis, to various people and for a variety of reasons. For example, a panel-beater, mechanic or vehicle servicing agent may loan a vehicle to a customer while the customer’s vehicle is being serviced or repaired, or a business may loan a company pool car to a business associate.
