Digital delivery only

Every product sold by Agreements Online is a digital document. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges and no delivery delays.

How and when you receive your template

As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on your order confirmation screen and is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Downloads are usually available within a minute of purchase.

Each template is supplied as an editable Microsoft Word document, with a PDF copy included for reference.

Accessing your documents later

Your purchases stay available in your account. Log in and open My Documents to download them again at any time.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still has not come through, email office@agreementsonline.co.za or call 087 138 3578 and we will send it to you directly.
