South African business owners, HR teams, landlords, agents and consultants who need documents on hand through the year. If you only need one or two documents, you can buy them individually instead of taking the annual subscription.
How the annual subscription works
The annual subscription is billed once and runs for twelve months from the day you buy it. During that time you can come back and download any document in the library as often as you need, and edit each one in Word to suit the situation in front of you.
Good to know
Templates are supplied as editable documents for you to adapt. They are not a substitute for legal advice on your own situation, so where a matter is high value or unusual it is worth having an attorney review your final wording.
Once your order is complete, you will be granted download permission for the document. You will:
- See download links on the order received page after you have checked out.
- Receive an email notification which will include download links.
- Have access to your downloads via the Downloads tab on your ‘My Account’ page when logged in to your account on this website.
You’ll receive the document in Microsoft Word. A small number of our documents are only available in PDF, in which case this is stated in the document summary.
